πHow a Tour Operator Can Help
Tour operators are not visa agents, but they provide supporting documents:
Detailed Itineraries
Day-by-day travel plans with dates matching your visa application
Cover Letters
Professional letters on company letterhead explaining trip purpose
Travel Insurance
Policies meeting embassy requirements for coverage amounts
Flight Holds
Reserved tickets without full payment (useful for visa timing)

Bookings with confirmation codes that embassies can verify
Always Ready to Help

π©Red Flags to Watch For
You should be wary of the reliability of a company if it does not meet at least one of these criteria:
No one can guarantee a visa β that's the embassy's decision
Reliable operators never require payment of the full tour price before signing the contract
Company should have verifiable address in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or etc.
The manager cannot provide evidence of his company's previous trips
For flights, should work with IATA-accredited ticketing partners
