Frequently Asked Questions
Is it safe to enable unknown sources?
Yes, when used carefully. Enable only to install trusted APKs, then disable. This prevents accidental installation of malicious apps.
Why does my phone say the app is harmful?
Play Protect flags all apps not from Play Store. This is a general warning, not specific to 1xBet. The official APK is safe to install.
The app installed but won't open — what now?
Try restarting your phone. If it still doesn't open, uninstall and reinstall. Check that your device meets minimum requirements.
Will I lose my data if I reinstall?
Account data (balance, history) is stored on 1xBet servers. Reinstalling just requires logging in again. Local settings may reset.
Can I install on tablet?
Yes, Android tablets work the same way. The app interface adapts to larger screens.
Do I need to uninstall old version before updating?
No. Installing new APK over existing app updates it while preserving data. Only uninstall if having problems.
